Privacy Policy
SnapNBrag is operated by Cloud Shield Tech LLC. It lets home-service businesses turn photos of finished jobs into posts on their own website and social media accounts.
What we collect
Account details for business users (name, email, password stored as a one-way hash). Job photos, the job type, town, and notes a user enters. Connection details a business owner provides for their own accounts: WordPress site address, username and Application Password; Facebook Page and Instagram account IDs and access tokens; Google Business Profile ID and access token. Passwords for connected services and access tokens are stored encrypted.
Photos are re-processed when uploaded, which removes embedded metadata such as GPS location. We ask users not to include street addresses, license plates, or people's faces, and posts show the town only.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: generate post text, create the before/after image, and publish to the website and social accounts the business has connected. Post text may be written with the help of an AI provider (Anthropic) that receives the job type, town, notes and business name. Photos are not sent to the AI provider.
Facebook and Instagram data
We use Facebook Login to obtain permission to publish to the business's Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account. We do not read personal profiles, friends, or messages, and we do not sell or share this data. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored tokens. To request deletion of all data, email [email protected]; we delete it within 30 days.
Google Business Profile data
We use Google sign-in to get permission to publish posts to the business's Google Business Profile (the business.manage permission). We read the list of profiles the signed-in Google account manages only so the owner can pick one, and we read recent posts on that profile only to avoid posting the same job twice. We store the profile ID and an encrypted access token, nothing else from the Google account. Disconnecting Google in Settings deletes the token and asks Google to revoke it; you can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
SnapNBrag's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train AI models.
Sharing
We don't sell data. Published job posts are public by design on the business's website, job feed, and social accounts.
